Best Friends

Round II with the pediatrician and blood work confirmed that 2 days of the bili-blanket did the trick and her bilirubin levels are back in an acceptable level. So no more being tied up to a light machine so we had some more cuddle time and Kennedy discovered that Jackson makes for a very soft and cuddly pillow. Kennedy made her first trip to Target so we could get diapers and nose drops and snacks. No tears thankfully as she is quite happy to sleep away in her comfy car seat. Brooke's milk came in yesterday so we are expecting to have to change diapers more often as KJ hadn't had a BM since Friday but the doctor took care of that with a simple poke of her finger stuff started to flow instantaneously. She told us with breastfed babies often you will go from nothing to needing towels to clean up everything spewing out of their backsides. I'll keep you updated.

Just back from Target -

Nap Time on Daddy. Jackson's head is about as big as Kennedy's whole body -

Bili-Blanket -

Jackson using daddy as a pillow and Kennedy using Jackson so everyone is happy -

So Soft -

Target was our first trip too :)Im not sure who looks more relaxed, Kennedy or Jackson. I wish Stanley & Bailey would do that!
